Dr. Carol Davis – Partner / President

“Effecting Active Communications” Dr. Davis, Founding Partner describes herself as a Mentalist... an individual with uncanny Communications abilities, Micro-kinetic specialist and desire to continue learning until the end. Having spent a great majority of her life in the Motion Picture and Television Industry (behind the camera of course) she was able to develop her intuitive sense of truth from deception early on.

Although she is brilliant at being an academic scholar with 4 degrees in Math, Science (Medicine), Law and Psychology (and she tells me there are more on the way), her humble ways preclude any air of pretension. I asked her to give me one word which tells us all about her and her motivation for this lifetime. Her answer, “COMMUNICATION”. When asked why that word was chosen; she replied, “That is my life’s mission, to understand and assist others from a communication perspective.

Her background includes working as an Investigator for LA County. It was here that her inane abilities and talents were put to the greatest use as an Interviewer and Interrogator. Soon she was providing Body Language services to Lawyers, Doctors, Federal, State and County needs. Most recently her talents have been employed by Department of Homeland Security. In addition to active work in the field, she teaches, lectures at speaking engagements and has numerous published articles. When asked if she could provide a statement about herself, she answered; “I know you better than you know yourself… or at least better than you are willing to admit to.” Unsure of how you feel, ask her! She knows just by looking at you… very, very unnerving!  

Balance, triangle and adventure were some of the other words she chose as representatives of how she lives and operates. She has lived onboard a sailboat, flown planes, hiked the Colorado Rockies, scuba dived in Fiji, raced a car, and so much more.

Dr. Kat Dooley – Partner (Semi-Retired) Government Affairs

Dr. Dooley is a founding partner of this almost all Female owned/run company. For many years, Dr. Dooley provided services ranging from Subconscious Methodologies, Forensic Analysis and Guest Lecturing. Although she elected to enter a new period of her live, she still retains her partnership within the Government Sector of Davis, Dooley & Associates.

Meeting today’s needs is an arduous task at best, a cost-prohibitive venture at most. By utilizing a “Collaborative Team” we are able to approach a marketing strategy that is second to none. All Team Members play an integral role in the development and formation of company direction and success. Each team member brings their specifically developed talents to the table for mutual benefit and cohesive production.

Miriam Davis – Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Special Events

Over 10 years experience in mediation, body language and emergency contingency planning, Ms. Davis brings a quality to Davis, Dooley & Associates like none other. As Vice President she actively manages all aspects of the company from organizing all seminars and special events to lending her talents by sitting as a member of the advisory board. Additionally, Ms. Davis is a highly successful hi-end Event Producer for the past 25 years and owner of EventPro Productions (www.eventproprod.com), a full service event company. Ms. Davis has a keen understanding of just how important clear communication and planning is to maintaining a successful track record. This firm is lucky to have her on the team, contributing her years of gained knowledge towards providing clients with positive direction and open communication. As a member of this team, she is able to bring Davis, Dooley & Associates clients an ease in collective thinking, event direction and cost conscious thought.

Kristina O’Neil – Director of Sales, Marketing and Special Events

Davis, Dooley & Associates maintain a very unique outlook on Marketing. Collaboration is the name of the game and Ms. O’Neil has the strength, flexibility and imagination to drive success with all members of the team. As the Collaborate Team Leader (CTL) she insures smooth running and victorious outcome. Ms. O’Neil has been involved with Davis, Dooley & Associates, lending her talents on our Advisory Board, as well as, being an Associate for over 2 years. Her dedication and ability to adapt have led exceptionally well suited and successful marketing campaigns in both the Government and Corporate sectors of this company. As the CTL for our corporate sector she continues her line of success ensuring not only well adapted resources, but also clear linear accomplishments.

Shoshana Segal – Account Executive / Office Manager

Ms. Segal has at her hands an international background filled with wonder and a sense of just what being an “out-of-the-box” thinker means. She is able to bring to this Team the ability of imagination constructed to fit even the most conservative organization. Skilled understanding of Game-Play combined with her desire to maintain high standards of communication add up to a winning combination and a true asset to our company.
