Who We Are

As Partner and President of Davis, Dooley & Associates, Dr. Davis believes that Body Language and Mediation (including all other forms of Alternate Dispute Resolutions), enable a true understanding & living all the forms of communication.  Through her life’s purpose she lives towards this goal and has brought it to the corporate and government community to help individuals make a difference in all our lives.
 
Born in Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. it is no wonder that the greatest majority of her life has been spent on a solid career within the movie and TV Industry.  What better place than this can one understand the world of communicating successfully to generate business growth and community bonding. How better fitting than to be able to say that her “success” and the success of the company is directly related to the “The ability to accurately interpret and apply the principles of excellent dispute resolution”.  Someone once asked what her goals are and she simply smiled and answered, “Each day strive to laugh, and learn something new and help someone, if I can, then I have succeeded.”
 
Dr. Davis never stops learning… even after holding academics with 5 degrees in Math, Science, Medicine, Psychology and Law.  She knows it’s truly all about communication.  Her goal is to teach others how to maximize their ability to interrupt behaviors by understanding how to communicate through body language, both their own and others. 
 
Along with her partner, Kat Dooley, Dr. Davis has been a mentor, speaker, teacher and author for the past 28 years.  Davis, Dooley & Associates has been fortunate to offer presentations all over the world; on cruise ships and planes, for personal / corporate individuals, Fortune 500 Companies and the US Government.  Six years ago she started “Support Groups” in Europe for those who wanted to live, practice and learn active forms of Confligology, a profiler who specializes in communications both verbal and non-verbal.  Today, she is proud to be a degreed Confligologist, spending a great deal of time mentoring individuals and serving as an advisor to both Non-Government Organizations (NGO) & Government Organizations (GO) companies, as well as, consult on TV and Movie projects while sponsoring four support groups.
